Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Capability to work remotely based on job performance (Must be able to work on job site upon request.)

The Claims Solutions Advocate engages with policyholders, claimants, and agents over the phone within a call center to provide general claims customer service, collect the initial First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake, and complete clerical tasks as needed. Claims Solutions Advocates will work directly with internal teams, our agency partners, and our policyholders to Keep the Promise® of UPC.
