Forms Analyst

Overview

Summary: This position provides an exceptional opportunity for an experienced personal lines product professional to ensure company forms, filings, and rules conform with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

 

This position will report to the Senior Forms Analyst.  The position is located in the St. Petersburg, FL home office; however, a remote position may be considered for a qualified candidate.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for all activities related to forms management within the organization.  Responsibilities may include forms drafting, filing, and implementation, ensuring that forms adhere to system and regulatory requirements as well as organizational standards.  This position will be responsible for writing business requirements and completing user acceptance testing of product changes as they move through the product revision cycle to production.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years personal lines homeowners product development, underwriting, claims, or related experience
  • Experience with drafting language for policy forms and endorsements
  • High degree of familiarity with ISO forms commonly used in homeowners, dwelling fire, and commercial residential programs
  • Proven ability to execute testing of product rule and form revisions through the UAT cycle
  • Development of business requirements and presentations to support user training and system implementation
  • Experienced coordinating and maintaining pertinent compliance documentation for product revisions
  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communicator, to team members, company leaders, agents, and regulators
  • Skilled at setting and delivering on a product plan with timelines, metrics, and quality standards
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills
  • Superior research skills 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Filing experience using SERFF and REFS
  • Experience using ISOnet Forms Library, Circulars, State Filing Handbook, and Participation Supplements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related area
  • Prefer Advanced education (MBA, MS, JD, etc.) and/or certifications (Paralegal, CPCU, 2-20 General Lines License, etc.)
