ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in answering and properly directing incoming calls pertaining to the appropriate Claims Department personnel, while offering general assistance to customers as needed. - Identify when a customer needs to speak to their assigned adjuster and properly route calls to them as needed. - Effectively document the details of a customer’s inquiry within the proper claims system. - Collect all needed loss information over the phone to submit FNOL claims. - Process centralized email tasks and all other incoming mail and related communication. - Assist in processing mail, as needed. - Other related job functions, special assignments and less significant responsibilities as assigned.

The selected candidate will service claims in Osceola County and be accountable for the full span of homeowners claims handling including coverage, damage analysis, negotiation, and settlement with all parties in accordance with policy provisions and applicable insurance statutes and laws.   Our mission statement is to Keep the Promise®– to our policyholders, our shareholders and to our stakeholders”. Summary:  The Unclaimed Property Analyst - Treasury supports Finance by performing compliance-driven activities such as facilitating the unclaimed property and escheatment processes, 1099 reporting, and executing corporate garnishments, court orders and IRS and State-mandated levies.  Monitors predefined compliance functions of the Treasury department and ensures all related matters are handled timely and accurately. Assists with research needed to resolve outstanding issues.  The Unclaimed Property Analyst – Treasury will also be responsible for processing banking and cash transactions and will participate in projects and initiatives involving data analysis and forecasting.
