Driven by the powerful belief that every interaction is an opportunity to deliver a phenomenal experience and transform their day for the better, we will invest in you and support you while working as part of a team to deliver on the promise of excellence.   The Claims Solutions Advocate engages with policyholders, claimants, and agents over the phone within a call center to provide general claims customer service, collect the initial First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake, and complete clerical tasks as needed. Claims Solutions Advocates will work directly with internal teams, our agency partners, and our policyholders to Keep the Promise® of UPC.   QUALIFICATIONS: - Associates degree; two years of relevant prior work experience and high school diploma; or combination thereof. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in answering and properly directing incoming calls pertaining to the appropriate Claims Department personnel, while offering general assistance to customers as needed. - Identify when a customer needs to speak to their assigned adjuster and properly route calls to them as needed. - Effectively document the details of a customer’s inquiry within the proper claims system. - Collect all needed loss information over the phone to submit FNOL claims. - Process centralized email tasks and all other incoming mail and related communication. - Assist in processing mail, as needed. - Other related job functions, special assignments and less significant responsibilities as assigned.

Summary:The Director of FP&A for United Insurance Holdings Corp.
