Summary: The Internal Audit Senior is responsible for assisting in the evaluation of the design and testing of the Company’s internal controls over financial reporting and evaluating UPC’s compliance with all rules and regulations including requirements under Sarbanes Oxley Section 404.    Reporting directly to the Internal Audit Manager, this position will assist with developing, planning, and conducting audits and tests of controls for UPC’s systems and processes with an emphasis on Finance, IT, Underwriting and Claims. The Internal Audit Senior will be responsible for providing recommendations to improve/enhance the internal control environment and reporting on results that will be communicated to the Audit Committee, CEO, CFO and other functional department leaders.

Summary: The Litigation Adjuster is responsible for daily management of all first-party property lawsuits, documenting the files over the course of litigation, discussing legal strategies, analyzing budgets, assisting with settlement negotiations and conveying pertinent information to management.  The role requires regular collaboration with defense counsel, the litigation manager and/or director and claims counsel for strategic planning and negotiating damage settlements.

Complete training for Field Property Claims Adjuster Trainee!   UPC Insurance is seeking motivated candidates interested in learning the property adjuster trade and becoming field claims adjusters.
